1 cup peanut butter
1 cup honey
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
3 cups oats
1 cup dried fruit (cranberries work great!)
1 cup chocolate chips (optional, but makes it so tasty good!)
Mix all together in a large bowl, then roll out into balls on a tray and place in fridge. Great energy snack and tastes delicious! Healthy too! (May need to wash hands several times while rolling, very, very sticky!)
