Milestones...

I am so excited! This may be a minor thing for all you experienced parents out there, but being a first timer I am very excited!! My Lil B rolled over on his own today! 

We have been laying Braedan down on the floor to play a lot lately, and he is getting so strong. He lifts his head up high, tries to tuck his legs up sometimes, and kicks around. The other day I was letting him sit on the couch with me (well, lay, that is) and I noticed that he had moved where he was at. He scooted himself half way around! So, I ended up putting him on the floor to see if he would do it again,and sure enough, he did. It's definitely not crawling by any means, but it's the next step there! He just pushes himself this way and that, and it's fun to watch. After he had done that, he started kicking his legs up and moving in a different way, and he rolled to his side. I just sat and watched him so excited hoping he would go all the way over....but he didn't. But I was proud anyway.

So, today we had him laying on his tummy again, and then he started to flip himself slowly. I thought I had some time, so I ran to go grab the camera and record just in case, and while I was in the other room James yells "He rolled over!" I came jumping out into the living room so happy! I had missed it, but I knew he had done it. Proud momma! (Of course, he wouldn't do it again lol, but maybe I will catch the video next time to show everyone).
